Mr. Pickell is a registered professional geologist with 20 years of experience in mineral production and exploration, specializing in advancing gold and lithium projects across North America. He has held key roles in the Rice Lake region of the Red Lake greenstone belt, where he was instrumental in the sale of the Rice Lake mine to Klondex Mines and the discovery of multiple new deposits. Mr. Pickell currently serves as a senior geological consultant and in management roles on a range of junior gold and lithium projects in Ontario.

Mr. Paolone brings more than 32 years of experience advising institutional portfolio managers across Canada and the United States. He previously served as Executive Vice President and founding Partner of the Capital Markets Division at Haywood Securities Inc., and as Branch Manager of the firm's Toronto office. Mr. Paolone has extensive experience in capital raising and capital markets transactions for early-stage public companies, with a focus on the natural resources sector, including precious metals and energy. He brings deep experience in corporate governance, strategic advisory, and capital formation. Mr. Paolone holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and bachelor's degrees in finance and economics.

Dale Ginn is an experienced mining executive and geologist of over 30 years based in central Canada. He is the founder of over ten exploration and mining companies and has led and participated in a variety of gold and base metal discoveries, many of which have entered production.

Mr. Ginn has led or was part of the discovery teams for the Gladiator, Hinge, 007, 777, Trout Lake, Photo, Edleston and Tartan Lake deposits. His contributions have led to approximately 10 million ounces in resource generation as well as over C$500 million in capital raised for exploration and development projects. His experience has included both senior and junior companies such as Goldcorp, Harmony Gold, Hudbay, Westmin, San Gold, Bonterra, Gatling Exploration and others.

Mr. Tribble has over 17 years of professional experience in exploration and mining, with a particular focus on gold and base metal exploration and project evaluation. Past experience includes Senior Principal Geologist for Sprott Mining, Senior Geologist for Bonterra Resources, Jerritt Canyon Gold, Kerr Mines, Northern Gold, Lake Shore Gold and Vale Inco. He was also part of the exploration team that discovered the 8.2 million-ounce Côté Lake gold deposit for Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. Mr. Tribble is currently the Vice President of Exploration at the Larder Project in Ontario, which Gatling Exploration sold to MAG Silver and, more recently, Pan American Silver over a four-year period. He is registered as a Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Laurentian University.

Mr. Currie is a capital markets and corporate strategy professional with over 20 years of experience advising private and public companies, primarily in the mining and natural resource sectors. He began his career as an investment advisor focused on junior resource markets and was most recently with Haywood Securities. Since that time, Mr. Currie has worked closely with management teams and boards on strategic planning, capital allocation, financing strategy, and governance, and has remained actively involved in the sector through principal investments and strategic advisory roles. Mr. Currie is President and Director of Oceanside Strategies Inc., and a Partner and Director of Oceanside Group. He has previously served as a director of South Pacific Metals Corp., Intertidal Capital Corp., and Wittering Capital Corp.

Mr. Dhaliwal is a capital markets expert with 20+ years of maximizing shareholder value in the mining sector. He has a top tier track record of identifying undervalued companies and facilitating growth through improved market awareness, optimal financing, and astute corporate leadership. Mr. Dhaliwal is backed by an award-winning technical team and has also built a global financial network of institutional investors, family offices, analysts, brokers, and high net worth investors. He has long standing relationships with all major gold and energy metal funds and has raised over $1 Billion for exploration and development companies.

Mr. Meagher holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in 2008, and obtained the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from The Directors College (a joint venture between McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada) in 2017.  Mr. Meagher has extensive experience working with publicly listed companies.

Ms. Cesarone has worked in the public company sector for over 30 years. She currently works as an independent contractor for TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange listed companies and is Corporate Secretary for several listed issuers. Ms. Cesarone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University.
